I love the chair and all the adjustments that it has, it really is a quite comfortable chair but the colours of the chair are not exactly the same as shown on the website. My chair is the Cyberpunk edition and the skull on the back is all grey on the website but in reality it has some black parts which, for me, doesn't look quite as great. The included pillow is really good though.

Other than the unboxing / packaging (which was really well designed), the chair really isn't anything special. The lumbar likes to make a loud popping sound randomly, and the recline lever is incredibly flimsy feeling. It honestly feels like most other "gaming chairs" that I've used before. The XL is a great size and the fabric material seems solid, so I expect the material itself to last. However, I do not expect the mechanisms to last. The cushion is also quite firm.
